A day of weaving in Chimbarongo, where entire families still live by the willow.

The willow grows along the river here, and the town has woven it for over a century. You learn to soak, split and bend the reed, following an artisan's hands as a flat bundle becomes a form with structure and grace.

It is slower than it looks and more meditative than you expect. You leave with a piece you wove yourself, and a new patience in your hands.

**There is always a table** — Every run includes the food and the place it comes from — eaten at the table, cooked where we are, part of the day rather than a break from it.
